Live Healthy

Living a healthy life is one of the best investments you can make—both for navigating your choices today and for building the future you want. Healthy living looks different for everyone, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. Start now by building simple, sustainable habits so wellness becomes part of who you are. As you move through life and celebrate personal and professional milestones, you’ll also reflect on the legacy you’re creating. Maintaining your vitality gives you the time and energy needed to shape that legacy with purpose.

A strong foundation for physical health is no mystery: balanced nutrition, regular exercise, and solid sleep are consistently proven essentials. Seek guidance from reliable sources—like trusted medical professionals and well-researched information—and be mindful of trends or advice that may distract from what truly works for you. Just as important is your mental and emotional well-being, which begins with a clear personal vision: who do you want to be? Let your choices support that vision, protect your mind by avoiding toxic relationships, and have the courage to repair or release what undermines your health.

Affordable Eating Workshop Tipsheet (Zenie Foundation)
Affordable eating means building simple, balanced, nutrient-dense meals on a budget by choosing low-cost staples, prepping ahead, using dining hall hacks, and tapping into campus and community food resources. This tipsheet was developed from our ZF Affordable Eating Workshop.
