Effective Living Pathway
A framework for becoming the person you want to be

Picture
     Imagine a pyramid:
It's base is our Core Values,
Supported by Building Blocks that guide our daily actions,
Leading upward through the Choices we make toward the Vision of who we want to become.

1. Core Values

Our moral compass. They define how we live, work and relate to others. Anyone exploring ELP shares a commitment to personal integrity and helping other's improve their life's journey. ELP puts our values in motion: how we live is who we are.

2. Building Blocks
Ten pragmatic habits that guide our choices and help us stay true to our values. They help us define our personal vision.
     1. Be Self-Aware
     2. Have a Positive Mental Attitude
     3. Manage Your Time
     4. Live Affordably
     5, Build Trusting Relationships
     6. Live Healthy
     7. Choose to Lead
     8. Seek Win-Win Solutions
     9. Innovate
   10. Be a Lifelong Learner

3. Choices
Our person is defined by the choices we make. ELP guides us to make intentional, values-based decisions that help us convert aspiration to action and work toward the vision of who we want to become.

When making choices, apply our Discover > Choose > Live approach that further guides us:
  • Discover – Explore, learn & ask questions. Through the process we learn who we are and what will help us become who we want to be.
  • Choose – Make decisions aligned with our values and vision. Trust ourself. Use what we learned in discovery.
  • Live – Live our choices, embrace the path, we have the power to direct our journey - stay open to learning along the way!

4. Vision - Who do you want to be? Our Personal destination
Take time and think deeply. Discover who you want to be and aspire to become that. You have a wide range of future opportunities!
