Coaching, Scholarship & Community
We help students become effective adults and inspired leaders through 1x1 coaching and college scholarship support. We are a small staffed family foundation with a team of highly dedicated volunteers who love learning from, and sharing what they've learned with, the next generation. We have an active community of students, alumni, and coaches who host a mentorship program, annual ZF seminars as well as regional in-person networking events. Our evolution to this point, and beyond, is based on listening to and learning from our students - their needs determine the direction of our organization.
