Coaching, Scholarship & Community
We help students become effective adults and inspired leaders through 1x1 coaching and college scholarship support. We are a small staffed family foundation with a team of highly dedicated volunteers who love learning from, and sharing what they've learned with the next generation. We have an active community of students, alumni, and coaches who host a mentorship program, an annual ZF Seminar as well as  regional in-person networking events, Our evolution to this point, and beyond, is based on listening to and learning from our students - their needs determine the direction of our organization. Out of this learning we have developed resources we find are helpful to students in their college careers and beyond. We also have an active Student Advisory Group that is guiding ZF into the future. Welcome​ and please explore!
