Why did you pick your college major? How did that help lead (or not) to where you are now?
I want to work in healthcare and biology is the easiest path to that.

Did your major change from first year to senior year?
No. I have always liked biology.

What piece of advice would you give to your college/high school self?
Don’t buy the textbook until class starts and you know for sure you need it.

Tell us about a time you made yourself proud.
When I finished my thesis!

Do you have a favorite quote or saying?
The ending lines to the poem “Good Bones” by Maggie Smith:
“This place could be beautiful right? You could make this place beautiful.”

What hobbies/interests do you have outside of work? Tell us about them! Why are they your passions and how did you get involved?
I did a lot of research over the past three years. It’s not something I want to go into but I learned a lot from it and met many good people.
For fun, I like making crafts and playing games.
