What is something you love about your school? I love how my school offers almost any club you can think of. If you're interested in something there is almost guaranteed to be a place for you, and if not, you can create your own club!
How/why did you choose your major? I chose to major in Economics because math is always something I have been good at and enjoyed doing. Economics allows me to apply these skills to almost any field I desire.
What is your relationship with your ZF coach like? I have a great relationship with my ZF coach! He has kept me informed with ZF programs such as the mentorship program which I feel will be very valuable in the future.
What hobbies/extracurriculars/other interests do you have? I have joined the club soccer team and play all sorts of intramural sports including volleyball which I had never played! Being on these teams has allowed me to connect with people of the same interests as me and keeping active which I find very important.
Why did you apply to ZF? My cousin is a member of ZF and she talked about how great this program was. I did some research myself and felt it would be beneficial to be a part of this program during my college career and beyond.
What impact has ZF had on your academic and professional career thus far? ZF has allowed me to attend college with much less financial stress while also providing me with ideas and skills such as time management to get the most of my education. I hope to see these skills carry from my academic career to professional career. Tell us something you are excited about! I am excited to try and climb the ladder with my club soccer team. We do a variety of volunteer work such as running youth clinics in the local town which is very important to me. I intend to continue this volunteer work and look to hold an officer position in the coming years with the program.
