Why did you pick your college major? How did that help lead (or not) to where you are now?
I have always wanted to work with children, and have loved my experience working in elementary special education throughout my undergrad. Having a family with a background in healthcare helped show me a career that combines my love for healthcare and special education.

Did your major change from freshman to senior year? Why/how?
No! I knew what I wanted to do before I entered college, and I followed that career path.

What impact/influence did ZF have on your academic career? Your professional career?
ZF helped me prepare for life throughout college by encouraging me to plan for my expenses outside of just my tuition bill. I began budgeting and saving, and am in a good place financially to begin life after undergrad.

What piece(s) of advice would you give to your college/high school self?
There is nothing wrong with realizing that something you may have thought you wanted, no longer suits you. There IS something wrong in staying where you no longer feel fulfilled, because you once thought it was what you needed.
