.Hi! I am Catharine Scruggs, ZF Administrator working on Programs, Communications and Governance. I live in Portland, Maine with my husband, 4 cats and a chihuahua. We have a daughter and son in college. I have worked in higher education for my entire career, developing educational policies, programs, processes, services and operational capacities at Gateway International, Kaplan International and the Council on International Educational Exchange.
I have a Masters in International and Public Affairs from Columbia University and a BA in International Studies from American University.
