My name is Katherine Zenie Chatterjee (she/her) and I am the daughter of Frank & Dorothy Zenie, co-founders of the Zenie Foundation. I am mom to two amazing young adults and wife to one of the funniest people I know. I love to travel, sail, and be on or by the water as much as I can. I am lucky to live in one of the most beautiful states in the country where the mountains drop into the ocean.
I am a ZF Coach, Trustee & the Executive Director of the Zenie Foundation. Young adults are brilliant - they energize me - they are creative, innovative and driven. They teach me how to see the world through a slightly different lens and how to change my narrative to be more effective with our future students. ZF students and alumni are the heart and soul of ZF!
My hope is that ZF is helping our students (and those who visit our website!) to think about their futures in a different way. How to align their life choices and career choices with their value system. How to make informed decisions with the end in mind. It is not all about getting in to college; it is about what their lives look like after they graduate.
ZF is more than a scholarship provider - we are co-investors, of our time and money, in students who we believe will be role models, change makers and future leaders. I get great satisfaction in helping ZF create a community of effective adults. This community will lead ZF into the future.
